In the People module, we have rolled out a new feature that allows the Admins to see contacts as the Agents would see the contacts. With this new feature, Admins are able to see any information (including any documents) that the Agents added to a contact record.
To be able to see this view, go to People > select the contact (you can also search for the contact using the filter options on the top right corner). Once you are inside the contact record, click on the three dots on the upper left-hand corner and select Open Contact As Another User. A window will pop up where you can enter in the user/Agent’s name and click Open. Once opened, on the top left corner, you will notice that it will say Showing As, letting you know you are now viewing the contact the same way the Agent views the contact.
With this feature, the Admin can see any information that the user/Agent has about a contact record. In this view, the Admin can edit the contact information as well and be able to see all the documents uploaded by the Agent, the transactions and opportunities that the contact is involved with, and any tasks and notes that the Agent might have with the contact.
