How To Add A Transaction With Admin Privileges

To add a transaction when you have Admin privileges, all you need to do is go to the Menu > click on Transactions. Once you are inside the Transactions module, click on Add Transaction. After clicking that, a window will pop up and if you click on the Transaction Type field, it is going to show a blank menu and the reason is that you have Admin privileges. When you have Admin privileges, you have to assign the transaction to a realtor first.

Example:

Click Add Transaction (from the Transactions menu) > assign the transaction to an Agent in the Select Agent field > fill out the address > select the transaction type in the Transaction Type field > choose the Transaction Stage or Agent Role from the dropdown menu > List Price > Sales Price > Selling Side Gross Commission > Contract Date > Closing Date, then click Save.
