Can RealtyBackOffice transfer my data from another TMS?
YES! We will provide you with a CSV file template where you will provide us with your transaction data. Once we receive your data, we will be happy to import it for you!
Does RealtyBackOffice offer training?
YES! RealtyBackOffice offers frequent live training webinar sessions for both agents & admins. We also offer a library of on-demand simple-to-follow step-by-step video tutorials on just about every feature & module RBO offers. Lastly, we offer daily ZOOM consultations for Agents & Admins.
Does RealtyBackOffice have a storage limit?
NOPE! As long as you have an active RBO account you basically have unlimited storage for documents & Transactions.
