Incomplete Users

RealtyBackOffice allows you to have a friendly reminder for the Agents that haven’t completed the onboarding process and display them in the Dashboard under Incomplete users.

This short class will show you how to set up an incomplete user.

To display the incomplete users in your Dashboard, you need to go to Menu > Users and select the user profile you want to see. 

Once inside the profile, on the left-hand side, scroll down to the bottom and put a checkmark in the box that says Select If User Is Incomplete. Then, click on Update at the top left. 

After you do that, the Admin will see the user in the Dashboard under Incomplete users as a reminder that the user didn’t finish the onboarding process with the office. 

Once an Agent completes the onboarding process, the Admin would want to go back to the user’s profile and uncheck the box that says Select If User Is Incomplete and click on Update at the top left to remove the user from the Incomplete Users section on the Dashboard.
