Download Or Email A Copy Of A Working Document In Draft Status

With this new enhancement, we just added inside the Working Documents and E-Sign area, when you have a form typed up, and for any reason, you have to print it or download it to your computer, you are now able to save it as a draft and you will be able to hover over the document, click on the three dots and click on Download Document or click Email A Copy to send to your client.

For example, if you have added text to the document and you now want to download the document, you will see that the downloaded version will have the all the text that you added and will be there and available so that you are able to email it to your client so they can sign with wet signatures OR you can send it out to your broker for broker review and you are also able to send it to your client for their review prior to signing the document.

When emailing a copy of the document, once you complete the email with the recipient’s email address and your message and click on Save, the email will be delivered and once the party gets the email, it will say Copy of document/s for your record in the subject line and they will also get a link to the document that they can click to review the form.
