Request Document Generator Templates

RealtyBackOffice can automate the production of request Documents letters.

Within a transaction file, an Agent can potentially do a request letter for:

Escrow Letter Request; this letter confirms the brokerage is holding the escrow funds.

Commission Request; this letter contains a breakdown of the commission split.

Paid At Closing Request; this letter authorizes a title company to pay the Agent directly and send the brokerage a check for the company portion of the commission.

Commission Demand; this letter generates a commission invoice typically used in attorney-only states.

When an Admin approves a request letter, RealtyBackOffice sends an email to the Agent. This email will include the letter.

The Admin can customize this request letter and control which request type an Agent can order. This video will show you how to do this.

To start customizing the available templates, click on Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company/Office Settings > Request Document Generator Templates. Once there, you will see the four available templates you can edit.

To modify these templates hover over the template, click on the three dots on the right, and select Edit

Once inside the email template, you can personalize the email.

You can add your company logo. To do this, use the image tool in the email template editor and copy the Image URL in the URL Field.

To get your logo URL from RealtyBackOffice, go to Menu > right-click on your logo > select Copy Image Address. You can now paste your Logo URL into the URL field. You can adjust the size if you would like to. After making all the changes click OK.

You can also rewrite the email or add shortcodes/merge fields to the email templates (hover over the shortcode tool in the email template editor to insert shortcodes). To add your signature, go to the pencil icon in the email template editor and draw your signature and click OK.

After customizing the template, click on Save at the bottom right corner.
