This setting section is used to customize User task templates that enable Admins to have a simple step-by-step guide to follow when onboarding a new user/Agent with the office.
To get to this setting, click on Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company/Office Settings > Automated User Task Templates. To start adding new onboarding tasks, click on Add User Task in the top right corner. A pop-up will come up allowing you to add the task. You can also add the task description in the pop-up; choose if the task requires a document; if the task type is mandatory, recommended, non-mandatory, or if applicable; you are also able to dictate who completes the task – either Any Admin/s or a Specific Admin/s; you are also able to choose who reviews the task – either the: Task Does Not Require Review or you want Any Admin/s or a Specific Admin/s to review it. Once you are finished filling out the pop-up, click on Save.
Note that the tasks you create in this setting are the tasks the Admin needs to complete and are only seen by Admins. Remember that these will show up within the user’s profile when the Admin makes the new user active. Once all the fields in the pop-up are complete, save the changes in the bottom right of the pop-up. In the setting area and the user profile area, the tasks are organized in alphabetical order. In the near future, we will be adding triggers and due dates for user tasks so that they can potentially be organized in the user profile by due dates.
If you would like to edit or delete an existing user task, simply click on the three vertical dots to the right of the task. Then, click Edit or Delete. Whenever you complete user tasks, all you need to do is check them off as complete.
All the user tasks created in this section will appear under the Tasks tab on the right-hand side of the user profile. Please note, that the user tasks will be transferred over when you add a new user to the system and you have the user task checklist created in the settings.
