RealtyBackOffice Pricing Explanation


In this video, we’re going to discuss the pricing structure in RealtyBackOffice. To be able to see the subscription plans that we offer, you can go to our website which is Once you’re there, click on pricing at the top of the page.

On our pricing page, you can choose from 6 plans that are available. The first level plan is for one active agent for $15 a month and for each additional agent that you add to this plan, the additional charge would be $15 per agent. Now it says here that once you have 6 active agents, the second level plan is going to be much more reasonable.

On the second level plan, you will be able to add 10 active agents for $80 a month. Once you reach 21 active agents, the third level plan is going to be less expensive for you at $150 a month for 25 active agents. And as you can see the cost per additional agent becomes cheaper as you grow your brokerage and level up to the next plan.

Also, with RealtyBackOffice, you don’t have to worry about set-up fees because we do not charge set-up fees and you will not be tied up to a contract either because there are no contracts and our subscription plans are on a month-to-month basis.

Now let’s say for example you’re on the $80 plan and you have added 11 agents which means your monthly bill is $87. In case one of your agents leaves your brokerage, what you would need to do is to make sure that you make the profile of the agent that left your company inactive in the system so that the seat becomes available and when you hire and add a new agent in RealtyBackOffice, the new agent will replace the seat of the agent that left your company and your bill will still be at $87. It is important that you take these steps in this order so that your seat count will remain the same in your plan.

Now in the event that you need RealtyBackOffice to review your account to qualify for a downgrade to lower your user count, please note that we only perform account reviews once a year upon the client’s request from the date of the sign-up or the last account review. When we review the account and you qualify for a downgrade, that is when we can bring your seat count down on your subscription plan.
