This video will show you how to download the Document Certificate from a Transaction.
First, go to Menu > Transactions. To use the filters to find your Transaction File go to the upper right corner and click on the inverted pyramid under your name. Then select the option you need, and RealtyBackOffice will display the Transaction that matches your search. Then click on the Transaction Address to open the file.
Once inside the transaction file, go to the middle panel.
Under the Documents tab, locate the file you need, hover over it, go to the three dots, and select Download Certificate.
The system will download the certificate to your computer.
Once you open the Document Certificate, you will see the Document Details, such as the Document Title, Document ID, Created by, Email, Created from IP, and Document Status.
You will also see the Singer details, the date and time stamp, and you will also have the signature on the certificate.
Now, if you downloaded a document and deleted it from your transaction file, if you need the Document Certificate, you can get it from the file you have previously downloaded. The Document Certificate will be on the link at the top of the page of the downloaded document.
