Opportunity Pipelines are a part of the RealtyBackOffice CRM settings. RBO has several default pipelines but you can also create your own pipelines or customize the provided ones.
What is the Pipeline? A pipeline is a group of milestones a potential client can go through within an opportunity. This feature allows an Admin to know, at any given time, where an opportunity is located within the Agent’s workflow.
To get started editing your pipelines, click on the Menu bar > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company/Office Settings (Note that each office has its own group of settings.) > Opportunity Pipelines. Once in the pipeline settings, you will notice that you are given four default pipelines; one for each basic opportunity type which are Buyer, Seller, Tenant, and Landlord.
On this screen, you can drag and drop the pipelines to be able to rearrange the order that which the pipelines are shown when being selected in an opportunity. If you would like to edit a default pipeline, click on the pipeline you wish to edit. A drop menu will appear on the right side of the screen. Then, click on Edit.
The RBO sample stages are: Lead, Contacted, First Appointment, Signed Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement, Searching (searching for properties), Currently Showing Properties, Contract In Negotiations, and Won. On this window, an Admin can add, edit or delete stages. Inside the pipeline, there are different stages a prospect can be in.
To create a new pipeline and workflow stages in RBO, click on Add Pipeline at the top right corner. A window will show that you can fill out where you can put a pipeline name and where you can add stages. In this window, you can also assign a win probability percentage. Once you are done completing the fields, click Save.
To change the status of a pipeline (on the bottom of the window), click on the drop arrow and choose Active or Inactive (if you no longer want to display the pipeline). You can also click on Delete if you no longer want to display a pipeline.
