RealtyBackOffice allows you to add a Tag to a Lead or a Contact you upload to the system. Please note, that only the Super Admin has access to see the People Tags module in General Settings. Once a Tag has been added to the system, it can be auto-populated. Also, once a Tag has been added to a Lead or Contact record, you can utilize the filters to narrow the Lead or Contacts by the Tag.
To Manage the People Tags, the Super Admin needs to go to Menu > Settings > General Settings > People Tags. Once there the Super Admin will be able to either rename or delete the Tag.
