RealtyBackOffice has a feature called Favorite Vendors. This feature allows the Company to share all its Favorite Vendors with the Admins, Agents, or both depending on the branch they are associated with. This feature is located on the Dashboard, scroll down to Favorite Link & Vendors and there is where you find this feature.
In this video, we are going to walk you through how to set up your Favorite Vendors to make them visible to your agents.
Remember that only the Super Admin has access to those settings. The Super Admin is the only user that can Add or Remove Favorite Links & Vendors.
To set up your Favorite Vendor go to Menu > Settings > General Settings > Favorite Links & Vendors. Once inside the module go to the upper right corner and select Add New > Add Favorite Link.
Once there, you will be able to add all your Favorite Link information. You can upload the company logo, which will display on the Favorite Links & Vendors section of the dashboard. Then add the Link Name, the title will be displayed to your agents, then add the URL link, this would allow your agent to click on the links company icon which will route them to the company website.
Select the Company or Office where you want this Favorite Link to be shared. You can also add a Category, you can accomplish this by typing the category name you want to assign to this favorite link, and then pressing enter on the keyboard. You will know if you created the category correctly if the name is displayed in a grey bubble.
You also need to allow your Admins and Agents to view this Link, so they can see it in the Favorite Links & Vendors section on the Dashboard. To give them access, you just need to
select the “Allow admins to view this Favorite Link” and the “Allow agents to view this Favorite Link” options when creating the Favorite Link.
You also have the option to share additional information about your Favorite Vendors. Once you have added all the information click Save so that all the changes you made are saved and the information will be displayed on the Dashboard.
Now that you have the information on the Favorite Links & Vendors section of the Dashboard, your agents will be able to take advantage of this feature. To use this feature, the agents will click on the link and it will take them to the company’s website. Also, if they click on the question mark, the agents will see all the additional information about the company.
You can also filter the Favorite Links & Vendors by the categories. To do so, go to the three lines in the upper right corner and select the category to narrow down the search by the categories.
