The video above will walk you through how to add or update the Company contact information inside RealtyBackOffice.
Only Admins can edit the Company Details.
The Admin needs to ensure that all the office or company information is up to date since we use the information provided in the fields throughout RealtyBackOffice.
To update the company contact information, the Admin would need to go to Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Select the office and click on the Company/Office settings button. Then under Company Details, the Admin can edit the information to the most updated one. After updating it, the Admin needs to click Update Company to save all the changes.
Please keep the company’s contact information updated at all times. We use the company information throughout RealtyBackOffice with shortcodes, the agent Dashboard, and the letters that RealtyBackoffice automatically generates for you.
