Once inside your RealtyBackOffice account, on the top right corner of the Dashboard, you will find Training & Support., where we have our Knowledge Base Videos that you can watch to learn how to set up the settings and how to use the features.
The Knowledge Base has two sections, Agent App and Admin App, with videos to walk you through how to use the software on both sides. We recommend watching the videos on the Admin App > General Settings and Admin App Settings to set up the system.
RealtyBackOffice also offers a monthly online training Webinar that you can join to learn how to use the software. To signup for the class, please go to Training & Support, click on Live Training and join an Admin or Agent Live training session by clicking on the button.
After watching the videos, if you have specific questions, feel free to schedule a 15-minute consultation with one of our specialists in the RealtyBackOffice Support Department. They can meet with you in a Zoom meeting to discuss your questions.
Lastly, you can click on Contact Us to find our Support phone number and email address or send us a Support Ticket.

The bell Icon will show you all the latest news and updates on the platform, including all the upcoming training so you can register.
The Lightbulb icon is where you can submit a feature request.
As an Admin, you also have a square icon to change back and forward between your Admin and your agent account.
The last Icon you will see, like an incomplete square, will allow you to enter a full-screen view.
