My Profile is the module where all users’ personal information is saved and displayed within the software. The information that is registered here is the information that admins will see in the agent User’s profile, when an agent is assigned to a Transaction or a Contact, and when an agent requests commission, the agent’s name, and address will be transferred to the commission letters the system generates automatically.
It’s recommended that all users keep their information up-to-date. In this short class, we will show you how you can access your Profile, and how you can make changes to your contact information.
To access your profile, go to Menu > Settings > General Settings. Once there, add all your contact information and click Update User Profile at the bottom of the page, so you can save all the changes.
You can also access your Profile directly from the Dashboard. To do that, just click on your name, in the upper right corner, and then click on Profile &Settings, you will be redirected to your User Profile page, where you can make all the changes.
Please remember to click Update User Profile at the bottom of the page, so you can save all the changes you made.
