My Profile is the module where the user’s personal information is saved and displayed within the software. This information is the one the admins will see inside the User Profile on a Transaction or a Contact that belongs to the user. Also, when the agent requests a commission letter, the letter will automatically display their name and address.

It’s best practice for all users to keep their information up-to-date. In this short class, we will show you how to access your Profile settings and how to change your contact information. 

To access your Profile go to Menu > Settings > General Settings > My Profile. Add all your contact information and click Update User Profile at the bottom of the page to save all the changes.

You can also access your Profile directly from the Dashboard. To do that, click on your name in the upper right corner and click on Profile &Settings. The system will take you to your User Profile page, where you can make all the changes. 

Please remember to click Update User Profile at the bottom of the page, so you can save all the changes you made.
