Introduction to RealtyBackOffice On-Boarding


The video presented above will walk you through how to get started with RealtyBackOffice to manage your transactions.

First, type the URL on the browser to get to the login page. Once you are on the login page, please enter your username and password to log in. 

Once inside your RealtyBackOffice account, if you go to the top right corner, you will find the Training & Support button. 

The first option inside Training & Support is our Knowledge Base Videos, where you can watch videos to learn how to set up the settings and use the RealtyBackOffice features. 

The Knowledge Base has two sections, the Agent App and the Admin App. Each section contains step-by-step videos to walk you through how to use the software on both sides and how to set up the settings. We recommend watching the videos on the Admin App > General Settings / Admin App Settings first so you can set up the software. 

RealtyBackOffice also offers a monthly online training Webinar that you can join to learn how to use the software from lead to close. To sign up for the class, please go to Training & Support, click on Live Training and join an Admin or Agent Live training session by clicking on the button. 

After watching the videos, if you have specific questions about the system, you can schedule a 15-minute consultation with one of our specialists in the RealtyBackOffice Support Department, so they can meet with you in a Zoom meeting to discuss your questions.
