Managing Your RBO Subscription

 

RealtyBackOffice offers several subscription plans, that can adapt to your company’s needs when you hire more agents.

You can manage your subscriptions under Menu >Settings > General Settings > Subscription. Please note, that only the SuperAdmin or the account holder can see this setting.

Once you are inside the Subscription module you will see all the information about your subscription. You will be able to see the Status of your Subscription, your Billing Frequency, when your next billing date will be, how many Active users you currently have, and How many available seats you have within your current subscription plan.

In this section, you will also be able to cancel your subscription by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button in the top right corner of the first-panel Subscription Info.  Note that we are unable to cancel your subscription on your behalf. If you need to cancel your subscription you would need to place the cancellation in this module. Once we receive the cancellation request, your account will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle. We advise you to cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle so that the credit card does not get billed for the next cycle.

If you need to update your credit card information, you can do this in this module. Just go to Update credit card and you can update the information. 

The last section of this module will show you all the plans RealtyBackOffice has to offer you, if you want to upgrade your plan you can do so in this module.
