When you have an Agent that has not completed the onboarding process, you can display the Agent on the Dashboard under Incomplete Users. To do that, follow the steps below. First, you want to go to the Menu > Users. Once in Users, select the user profile you want to go into. Once inside the profile, on the left-hand side, scroll down to the bottom and put a checkmark in the box that says Select If User Is Incomplete. Then, click on Update at the top left. After you do that, go to Menu > Dashboard. Once there, under Incomplete Users, the Admin is now reminded that that particular user has not completed the onboarding process with the office. Once an Agent has completed the onboarding process, the Admin would want to go back to the user’s profile and uncheck the box that says Select If User Is Incomplete and click on Update at the top left to remove the user from the Incomplete Users section on the Dashboard.
